Responsible to perform scheduled & unscheduled training as and when required. Ensure effective and efficient implementation of all Operations & Engineering training programmes and activities. Evaluate on the performance and knowledge acquirement of the trainees at the end of the training session.

RAIL OPERATIONS DIVISION
Responsible to manage all aspects of the Rail Operations activities and network of Rapid KL including Train Operations, Station Operations and Control Centre to meet the Company’s objective in the aspect of customer service, train punctuality and reliability and safety.
Responsible for facilities maintenance operation at Kelana Jaya Line and Ampang Line on managing and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and orderly environment at LRT stations and other dedicated premises significantly for
company’s image and public satisfaction.
Responsible to formulate and implement strategies, policies and procedures of the overall management of the Bus Engineering operations, workshops / depots and bus maintenance activities.
Plays an important role in supporting the planning, developing, organizing and coordinating the Rapid KL bus services and network in line with the Company business strategy and core values including evaluation of routes, schedules, data collectionand general service operations.
